Grrr, my name is Pedro and whilst I may look like a huge great tiger I’m actually a real softie. I’m a striking fellow with my stripes and huge round green eyes. I’ve been living at Cat Haven with my sister Sooty and we must be adopted together. I didn’t enjoy my time at the Cat Haven Shelter and I hid away out of sight; everyone thought I was really shy. Once I went to my foster carer everyone realised that it’s not people that frighten me, but other strange cats. I would like a home with my sister without any other pets. I like people, and even quiet children. I’ll happily be patted and stroked in a quiet corner until I get to know you. Once you have my trust, I’ll happily come out for some attention and leg rubbing. I can be a vocal companion, I will meow to let you know I want to come with you, wherever you happen to be.
Hello I’m the fluffy Sooty. Although I’m mostly black I have a very pretty white face, so I’ll need to be an indoor cat to protect my delicate nose from the sun. I came to Cat Haven with my brother Pedro and we must be adopted together. I’m a bold explorer and I like to have a nose around every room in the house. I’m really fast at dashing through doors, so I’ll keep you on your toes. I enjoy a high perch in the sun where I can gaze out of the window and watch the world go by. I’ll come out to meet new people and quiet children. I love a good tummy rub and a scratch behind my ears. I spend a lot of the day sleeping with my brother; we wouldn’t mind keeping guard whilst you are out for the day, as long as you have some pats for us upon your return.

To meet me in foster care please contact our foster care department on:
The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
