A senior lady, otherwise unfazed by your rubbish, she serves up double affection with a no nonsense approach - classic Nanna behaviour. Nanna loves being cuddled, she’ll excitedly greet you home from work and it seems there is almost no time limit on these cuddles as she purrs madly in your arms just being held. Nanna’s likes are; sleeping on office chairs, on couches, eating bikkies (cat treats) and chatting to you (like any good Nanna she’s got lots of gossip to share). Although she’s a little old biddy she loves playing with shoe laces and fishing poles and pulls out hallway running olympics twice daily that cats half her age would be envious of. Nanna is unfazed by visitors and new people but due to her older age she can get a bit grumpy if not in the mood so we recommend her to a home where she is the only fur child (no dogs and definitely no young children). Nanna is on medication twice daily but is generally a good sport about taking it.
She’s a picky eater so we’d like her to go to a indoor home where she is spoilt with lots of different food options and lots of nice fluffy blankets to snuggle on. Due to her being a slow and picky eater and her health condition it’s best she’s not homed with other cats as she needs constant access to her food and would struggle to eat enough to keep her weight up if she had to compete.
PS - Her fur gorgeous matt black fur is soooooooo soft. Her instagram shows some of her antics with good shots of her adorable overhanging teeth! https://www.instagram.com/fostermeowsofnorthperth/

The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
