Bookings

Call the Boarding Hotline on 9442 3655 or email us on boarding@cathaven.com.au . That way our Boarding attendants can be sure, through a series of questions and answers with you, that we can meet all of your needs. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with full payment at time of arrival.

If you need to cancel your booking, we can give you a Boarding Credit to be used at another time, or send you a refund cheque (less 20% administration fee). We cannot give a refund for cancellations within 48 hours of admission.

Rates

Cat Welfare Society Members benefit with discounted rates at Cat Haven Boarding but, even so, our rates compare very favourably with those of other facilities.  Not already a member click here to join now.

As with most boarding kennels, we charge a little extra for the popular holiday periods of Christmas, Easter and School Holidays.

Holiday rate periods coincide with School Holidays and Public Holidays.
