How you can help

Every year in Western Australia thousands of cats and kittens are brought to the safety of Cat Haven. We rehome as many as we can, and provide a humane and dignified end for those we can’t.

While we charge for most of our services, many of these are heavily subsidised. We’re glad to help with the cost of sterilisation, vaccination, microchipping and so on because, at the end of the day, we’re here for cat welfare in all its forms. But, we can’t do it without your help.

So here’s how you can help:

Donate
At Cat Haven we receive no government funding. We rely heavily upon donations to give the homeless and injured cats in our community a second chance.
Membership
Your membership of the Cat Welfare Society will assist Cat Haven in improving cat welfare in Western Australia and in providing care and rehoming facilities for rescued and surrendered cats.
Volunteering
Volunteering at Cat Haven is a fantastic way to meet like-minded people and to be involved with a group of people who are focused on improving the welfare of cats in Western Australia.
Fostering
Fostering is a wonderfully rewarding experience for you and lifesaving for the cats in your care.
Wish List
This never really changes. Cat Haven is always in need of these items, clean and in reasonable condition. They can be dropped off any day during our opening hours below.
Bequests
Making a Bequest to benefit a cause close to your heart is a wonderful way to ensure your wishes today are carried out well into the future. In particular, a bequest to Cat Welfare Society Inc will help Cat Haven to promote the continued welfare of cats and kittens in Western Australia. Click HERE to find out more details.
