Puss is a little lady with some anxiety issues and is not keen on loud voices or heavy footsteps. She will require a patient and understanding family who will earn her trust over time. She will not be rushed.
Her ideal home will be in a calm, peaceful and relaxed adult household. While she is usually very polite and non-confrontational, she does not suffer fools and does not enjoy more pats than she has requested. Swiping, biting and hissing will be her way of putting her foot down.
Puss is fine co-existing in a house with other cat residents but would prefer gentle and relaxed cat friends rather than boisterous ones. Once you have gained her trust (may take a few weeks), she is a fairly affectionate cat who will follow you around the house to ensure that you are doing your chores to her standards.
Puss will need to be an indoor cat so that her pale nose is protected from sun damage.
Please come and meet her soon in her foster home in South Perth.
To meet me in foster care please contact our foster care department on:
The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
