At first glance I may not seem like it, but I am a softie on the inside. My human passed away, and I got separated from my fur brothers and sisters. Such a big change has been very frightening for me, and I sang sad songs for a long time.
I love hidey holes like closets, cat igloos, and under the bed. I can get defensive if you give me a shock, but that's just because I'm very very scared, so I'll be best in a house without too many humans, and no children or dogs. It's taken me a while to settle in to my foster home, but I have grown to love my feline foster brother and now I let my foster mum pet me sometimes when I'm eating. I looooove food and catnip, they are the way to my heart, but also the reason I'll be best in a home where I can go on a diet!
It will take careful introduction but a cat friend to play with is a great way for me to get exercise, and be more confident. I guess you could say I'm a cat's cat as I need a confident cat buddy to make me feel safe around humans.
Please come and meet me in my foster home in North Perth.
To meet me in foster care please contact our foster care department on:
The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
