Hello everyone, my name is Kizzi and I am an adorable, energetic bundle of fur and fun. I am a young girl who is looking for a family who has a space in their home and heart for a beautiful kitty like me. I got adopted last year but sadly I wasn't the right fit for a big family.
I really like attention and when I’m in the mood for it I will come and find you so that you can stroke me or throw ping pong balls for me to chase. However, I’m still an independent young lady who also likes my alone time and will often find somewhere to chill by myself in the sun. My foster mum introduced me to another cat recently and while it went okay I think I prefer my own (and human) company.
While I am getting more confident every day, I am still a bit afraid of loud noises and sudden movements so I would probably suit a home without young children. I've started being affectionate towards my carer and even give her the occasional head-boop.
My foster mum says I am a beautiful girl. If you have a space for me in your heart and home come and see me at my foster home in Bedford!
Kizzi has a skin condition which has caused severe hair loss and itching in the past. There are a number of different things that can cause this condition, and it can be difficult to determine the underlying cause without specialists testing and trials. It is not known what causes Kizzi's skin reaction, therefore it is important that you use a variety of preventative measures. She has been fed hypoallergenic diet and we recommend that she stays on this or similar diet long term. Feel free to contact the Fostercare department if you would like more information.
To meet me in foster care please contact our foster care department on:
The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
