Poppet is an affectionate older lady who loves a stroke and gentle cuddles. She enjoys the company of each and everyone in her foster home. Poppet loves all the attention and cuddles during our 'Catflix' time.
Though a senior cat, she is always so alert and active like a ninja. She is still curious and loves exploring every corner of the home.
Poppet hasn't lived with a dog before so would prefer a quiet home with no dog.
Please come and meet her in her foster home in Aubin Grove.
When Poppet was surrendered to Cat Haven it was noted that her right pupil was large than the other. Poppet has been examined by a veterinary opthalmologist and found to have age related iris sphincter atrophy which has resulted in incomplete miosis (pupillary constriction). The left eye is normal. No treatment is required for this condition and Poppet's eyesight is not affected. Cat Haven does not take any responsibility for any subsequent conditions or issues that may develop in the future as a result of this condition.
Poppet also has a severe heart murmur (grade 3 or higher). This murmur may possible have adverse effects on her health in the future, however, at this time, she is not showing signs of heart failure.
Please contact the Fostercare department if you would like more information regarding Poppet's medical waivers.

The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
