Do you want fries with that?
Hello! I’m a 2 year old smoochy boy named Cheezburger. I’m still a bit shy but have a lovely rumbly purr when I get head scratches! I love to roll around inside my hut and in my bedroom now that I am confident enough to wander around, and I’ve even mooched down the stairs of my foster house. The more confident I get the more curious I am, and maybe one day I’ll conquer the whole house!
When I’m in the safety of my hut I love lots of head scratches and my foster parent can even touch my little toes if I’m feeling nice. I’m not very interested in the toys my parent has got for me, not even the catnip! But I’ll come out for a treat or two. I’ve only nibbled on their fingers a few times when they give me treats…
My parent thinks I might become a chatty boy after some more time, I’m already squeaking for attention!
I need a quiet indoor home without young kids, I still get spooked by fast movements and loud noises, and need a quiet spot (and a hut!) for me to relax. My foster home is in Bayswater.
Cheezburger has presented with a mild case of gingivitis. Dental hygiene may help prevent its development. There are several measures you can take to improve your new cat’s dental health. Ask the cat welfare officer who is assisting you for a dental hygiene handout. We have recommended that your cat stay on a dental hygiene diet.
To meet me in foster care please contact our foster care department on:
The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
