Hello! My professional name is Hulk but I don’t use it anymore. My new name is Monty but my real feline name is mine alone to know. I know I’m not the most photogenic cat but since I’ve been with my foster person, I am looking happier. And the bald patch on my nose has cleared up since my original photo was taken.
I’m feeling a great deal more at home here. I have three favourite places now: under the piano during the day; on the spare bed at night and under chest of drawers as necessary. This picture show how truly handsome I am. My foster career caught me at a bad moment - as you know I’m not that photogenic. I’m still not loving it here so would appreciate a new home. I’m a very tidy cat - a habit I wish I shared with my carer. 😃
I’m wondering if you have a special place for me. I imagine it to be enclosed but with an outlook as I have to stay inside these days. I would like to have plenty of shade as I have a beautiful white face. I have been told I’m very handsome –tall, with lovely black and white markings and an amazing long-haired tail. Are you able to give me the forever home I need? If so, come meet me at my foster home in Mosman Park.
Hulk has tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). FIV is a retrovirus that can compromise the immune system, spread by fighting and deep penetrating wounds. He should lead a normal life despite this diagnosis, but there are a few special considerations that need to be made in regards to his health and well-being long term. These include being an inside only cat; slow and careful introduction to other cats; and annual vaccinations and health checks.
Hulk has a skin condition which has caused severe hair loss and itching in the past. There are a number of different things that can cause this condition, and it can be difficult to determine the underlying cause without specialists testing and trials.
