Purrsonality Traits

Hi, I’m Nissa! I’m a shy 1 year old slinky tuxedo lady who came from a home with too many cats so haven't had too much one-on-one attention until now.

I’m a little shy at first and will take comfort in hanging out in small spaces such as under your bed or in my cat tree. With patience, I love lots of pats and even have some cute quirks.

I’m very neat but would require a mature household (no children under ten). I’m compatible with other cats and have come from a situation where I have been overlooked so my ideal forever home would be where I can be the centre of attention.

I love being brushed (especially near my tail) and don’t mind a cuddle at all as long as you let me come to you. Although shy, I don’t have an aggressive bone in my body, I just want somewhere comfortable to hang out and be loved.

Come meet me at my foster home in Doubleview.

Health Issues

Nissa has presented with a mild case of gingivitis. Dental hygiene may help prevent its development. Ask the cat welfare officer who is assisting you for a dental hygiene handout. We have recommended that she stays on a dental hygiene diet.

Nissa has previously had an episode of lower urinary tract disease, a condition which may result in urinary obstruction. Cat Haven recommends regular veterinary check ups for your pet. In addition, limiting stress is essential for these cats.
