Want to adopt me?To meet me in foster care please contact our foster care department on:
Phone:(08) 9442 3600
The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
I'm a timid 10 month old girl who was found lost and alone as a stray when I was a young kitten. Now I've come to Cat Haven to find a better life but I will need a quiet, patient home that will give me time to adjust. I've been in foster care for a few months learning how to live with humans but now I'm ready to leave the nest. Come meet me at my foster home in Leederville.
Read what my foster mum wrote about me:
Wynnie is a funny little bean who loves to be near you but not on you. She's very social with other cats, loves food and is occasionally quite chatty. She likes to know what everyone is doing and happily sits watching the world go by. Sometimes she likes a scratch behind the ears. But not often.
She's taken a while to trust her foster family. She loves the cats and tolerates the big dog. People, on the other hand, take a bit longer. When she allows you to pat her, it's very rewarding. She purrs straight away and she's oh-so soft! But she skitters away before too long.
Given time, she may come even further out of her shell. In the meantime, she's a purrfect companion cat for other feline housemates, looks very pretty sitting on your favourite armchair and provides a delightful long-term challenge for the cat-lover.
