Purrsonality Traits

Greetings Muggles, my name is Albus, named after the great Albus Dumbledore, and I am 3 years old.

My aspiration is to be a great pet. However, because of my days as a stray I am currently shy and watchful. Despite that, I have been taught to be supportive and respectful to Muggles, so I don’t bite or scratch them. I know the training to be a great wizard is expensive, so you do not need to spend coins on mortal contentment such as toys for me. I am content with just food, water and a bed. Like your disguise as a wizard in this world, I have also learnt to hide the fact that I am a secret smoocher (but unfortunately, this was found out by my foster Muggle).

If you would like to help me in my transformation from a shy cat into a confident pet, please come and meet me at my new foster home in the City of Perth.

Health Issues

Albus has mild dental tartar and associated gum changes. This is very common in mature cats.  He has a small chip in his tooth. Our veterinarians have carefully assessed this chip and no further treatment is currently required.

Albus has tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). FIV is a retrovirus that can compromise the immune system, spread by fighting and deep penetrating wounds. He should lead a normal life despite this diagnosis, but there are a few special considerations that need to be made in regards to his health and well-being long term. These include being an inside only cat; slow and careful introduction to other cats; and annual vaccinations and health checks.
