Young, single, and ready to mingle!
Hi! My name is Opal, and I’m an incredibly affectionate two year old girl who is looking for someone to love me. I absolutely adore pats and smooches. If you ignore me, I will wander off and do my own thing, but as soon as you call my name or make eye contact, I’ll be right there, ready for more kitty love!
If I am not happy with what you are doing to me, I might give a small nip. I can also be very enthusiastic with giving you a friendly body bump to encourage you to give me more kitty lovin’, so I may not be the best fit for a home that has very small humans.
I was not a fan of life in the shelter. Foster life is so much better, but what I really want is a permanent home of my own and people to love me and give me pats and the attention I love. My previous foster mum said I love attention and back scratches; am chatty and food orientated. I got along well with her young cat but wasn't a fan of cats my age or older.
How about it - can I be your girl? Contact Fostercare to meet me at my new foster home in East Victoria Park.
Opal has a heart murmur (grade 3 or higher). This murmur may possibly have adverse effects on her health in the future. This includes the possibility of sudden death. However at this time, she is not showing signs of heart failure currently.
