Want to adopt me?To meet me in foster care please contact our foster care department on:
Phone:(08) 9442 3600
The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Oh hello, I’m Ellie-Rose, a very quiet two-year-old girl who was found hiding on a farm.
I still do a lot of hiding, from the sink, to my bed, to the bath, to my carrier - so I will need a lot of patience from my new pawrents. If you have a spare bathroom or bedroom for me to settle in for a few weeks while I get used to humans you might be the family for me.
I’m just starting to leave my hidey holes for dinner when people are around and I also put up with pats, so with a few purritos I could be yours. While I’m a scaredy-cat, I haven’t shown any signs of aggression, my foster parents think I might just have a little trouble seeing thanks to my cloudy eye, which means you can give me a little fright if you come towards me quickly.
Come see me at my foster home in Baldivis and see if I’m the missing piece of your family.
Ellie Rose was surrendered to Cat Haven with a mature cataract in her R eye. She cannot see out of this eye. The eye is not painful and not causing any problems at this stage. It should be checked every year at her annual vaccination.
