The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Hi Guys! My name is Sookie and I’m up for adoption after my beloved owner passed away. Being at the shelter was very confusing for me as I couldn't understand what had happened to bring me here. I was grieving and scared so I was sent to a foster home to help me re-adjust.
At my foster home I was very timid initially as I am naturally shy but I am getting much better.
I love exploring my surroundings and finding new spots to hide during the day so I hope you like playing hide and seek.
I love all types of cuddles, specially the morning ones but when I have enough I might give you a little « bitty » warning or I’ll just go away. I don’t fancy too much attention and taking cute picture of me might be a bit tricky.
I am a very cute little boy but I’m a little stubborn (with scratching couch and carpet) but a clap and, trust me, I’ll listen.
My foster family doesn’t know if I would do well with other fur babies but a very slow introduction is always essential. I need a quiet home with no young children.
You can come and meet me at my foster home in Gosnells.
Sookie has mild dental tartar and associated gum changes. This is very common in mature cats.
