Want to adopt me?To meet me in foster care please contact our foster care department on:
Phone:(08) 9442 3600
The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Hi there, my name is Loki. My best friend Cowi and I were brought to Cat Haven by a kind soul who found us hanging about the marina. We were microchipped but our owners decided not to come and reclaim us so we are now seeking a new home together! We are both only 1 and a half years old. Cowi needs to be able to minimize his exposure to the sun so needs to be an indoor cat or have access to a sheltered enclosure.
Here is an update from our foster carer:
Cowi is a confident and cuddly cat, very interested in having a look outside. He loves to sit on my chest and snuggle up at night time.
Loki is very gentle as well, coming up for pats but seems to be happy keeping some distance. She is still well connected with Cowi but as he is a bit more confident he tells her off when she is too annoying and she gets upset.
They have gained great confidence and seem to love people and cuddles. Both are used to children and don't mind them but prefer their bigger humans. I don't think they would cope with any other pets."
Please come meet us at our foster home in Hamilton Hill.
Loki & Cowi both have a skin condition called Feline Acne or Chin Acne. It is not known what causes their skin reaction, though it is usually mild and manageable. Using stainless steel or ceramic bowls rather than plastic often assists.
They also have mild dental tartar and associated gum changes. This is very common in mature cats.
