The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Hi there! I was found in Bayswater, just being a random cat living his best life outside! But I was lured into a trap with the promise of tasty food and a warm cozy cave and little did I know this was going to lead to more tasty food, and more warm cozy homes! I have definitely adjusted to being an indoor guy – except for the fact that I have to live with people!
My current place is pretty good. I have my own room with a comfy couch to sleep on, heaps of toys to attack and destroy, and lots of hidey holes to duck into if anyone gets closer to me than I am comfortable with. I have even decided to entertain the person here by letting them play with a toy on the end of a stick. I am not sure why they like playing with it, but I will amuse them by pouncing on the thing, seeing as they go to the effort of wiggling it around where I can see it. They do have to promise to stay still and not even think about patting me though. Not yet. But who knows? I have grown to quite like this indoor lifestyle, so maybe in time I might learn to trust people, and like them for more than their food delivery skills and entertainment value.
If you have the love, time and patience to allow me to develop my confidence you will be rewarded with a loyal companion for life. I would do best in a quiet home with no young children. Please come meet me in my foster home in Currambine.
