Want to adopt me?To meet me in foster care please contact our foster care department on:
Phone:(08) 9442 3600
The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Hello, my name is Ethyl! I’m a sweet little cat looking for a place to call home where I feel safe and loved. I am just 2 years old and was found homeless so now I'm looking for someone to take care of me and show me what it means to be loved.
I’m quite a shy cat, but I’m working on warming up to my human friends. When I first moved into my foster home I immediately ran and hid, but I’m slowly learning that humans aren’t that scary after all. So far I’ve learnt that head scratches aren’t too bad, I love eating tuna creamy treats and biscuits from my foster carer's hand, and watching the world go by from the window.
I'm incredibly playful, I love playing games with my foster carer and my favourite toys are my little toy mice or anything with bells on it! I have the sweetest little meow and love meowing hello (from a distance) when you pop into my room.
I need someone who will be patient with me while I keep learning how to be a great house cat, but I’ve shown so much potential and improvement in a few short weeks that I’m sure I’ll come around in no time. Sometimes I might put on a tough face and try to scare you away, but deep down I’m a sweet cat who just needs some time and space to come around. I also need a home where I can minimise my exposure to the sun so that my pale features don't get sun damage.
Email Fostercare with your phone details and my foster carer will be in contact to arrange a meeting at my new foster home in Mt Lawley.
