Purrsonality Traits

Roar, we are two tigers looking for a new home. Haha, just kidding you, we never let out a roar (that greeting was just to get your attention). We are actually very gentle tigers, who like to cuddle.

We are siblings and were both adopted as kittens from Cat Haven 5 years ago. Unfortunately our previous owners moved somewhere where they couldn't take us with them, so we had to come back to Cat Haven and are now enjoying life in foster care.

At first we were very shy and had to hide in a cupboard, but Shazza ventured out first after 2 days and quickly let foster mum know that she likes cuddles. Dazza took another 2 days and is now very smoochy as well.

Our previous loving owner said: "They both have very relaxed temperaments, Ray (Dazza) is very snuggly and outgoing from the get go, whereas Violet (Shazza) takes a little longer to warm up to new people but once she does she is all about the belly rubs! They are both fantastic with children, especially Ray who let our 1 year old play with him and pat him however she likes, they have never once scratched any of us. They have been indoor cats their entire lives and love lounging in the sun or getting some fresh air on the balcony."

If you think you can give us a loving forever home where we can stay together, email Fostercare with your phone details and foster mum will be in contact to arrange a meeting at our foster home near Northbridge.

Health Issues

Dazza has mild dental tartar and associated gum changes. This is very common in mature cats.

Shazza has a skin condition called Feline Acne or Chin Acne. It is not known what causes her skin reaction, though it is usually mild and manageable. Using stainless steel or ceramic bowls rather than plastic often assists.
