Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Hello, my name is Skye and I am a sweet 6 year old girl.
I’m a confident girl who will trust you and rub up against you as soon as I meet you, however, I will still be wary at first and will take a little while to warm up to pats and head scratches, even though I really do like them. I do have boundaries though and even when I settle in, I don’t always like being touched and I will love you lots if you respect that!
I’m a very curious kitty and enjoy spending time exploring my foster house and interacting with my foster humans. It won’t take very long at all for me to show my playful side, and we will have a lot of fun together, stalking a toy on a string is my favourite!
Unfortunately though, as much as I enjoy playing with humans, I don’t care for the company of dogs or other cats, so I will need to be your one and only pet.
I was sadly surrendered as my owners became homeless. I can be very sweet but things are always on my terms (I'm a typical cat). I would love a home where I can just chill out all day and do my thing.
I can't wait to meet my forever human/s. If you think that there's a place for me in your home, come meet me at my foster home in Bedford.
Skye has mild dental tartar and associated gum changes. This is very common in mature cats.Skye has a skin condition which has caused severe hair loss and itching in the past. There are a number of different things that can cause this condition, and it can be difficult to determine the underlying cause without specialists testing and trials. It is not known what causes her skin reaction, therefore it is important that you use a variety of preventative measures.
