Your products can be shipped to you anywhere in Australia using Australia Post's Parcel Post service. Your delivery charges and total order amount are shown on the Order Confirmation & Payment page.
All items are shipped directly from Western Australia. For the moment we are limited to accepting purchases and delivering goods within Australia only, however if you are an international customer, please contact us directly and we may be able to help make arrangements.
You should receive your items within 21 working days of placing your order.

Please return it to Cat Haven (contact details here) and we will replace it without delay. We apologise that we cannot be responsible for damage to products caused by transit or by anything else outside of Cat Haven's control. If you wish to insure your packages before shipment, please note this in the special comments when you checkout and we will contact you with details.
You must indicate your intention to exchange / return within 3 business days of the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not cover postage on returns unless the item is defective or the order received was not what you ordered. In order to save money and avoid shipping cost, please also consider other alternatives prior to returning your goods, such as using them as a gift for an unsuspecting loved one.
