Cat Haven is a 7 day a week operation that has been rescuing and rehoming cats since 1961, taking in roughly 8,000 cats and kittens each year. Operating under the Getting to Zero model, our goal is to rescue and rehome as many cats as possible, ensuring they find loving forever homes.
Our employees are the lifeblood of our organisation, working across all areas including, cat welfare, foster, boarding, reception, clinic and admin. We are also supported by a large group of dedicated volunteers who assist us in everyday operations. Working at Cat Haven is both challenging and rewarding, whilst being amongst a like-minded team who are passionate about animal welfare.

Op Shop Manager
Do you have a passion for fashion and ready to lead with purpose and style? Cat Haven are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Op Shop Manager to lead our newest retail store in Willetton.
This full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) is perfect for a retail professional with a flair for visual merchandising, a passion for sustainability, and a heart for animal welfare.
As WA’s largest cat rescue organisation, Cat Haven offers you the chance to make a real impact – raising vital funds to support thousands of cats in need while creating a vibrant, community-focused shopping experience.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage daily operations, inspire and lead a team of volunteers, and drive sales through innovative stock control and creative promotions.
You’ll need 3 – 4 years of retail management experience (Op Shop management will be highly regarded), strong fashion and merchandising knowledge, and a collaborative, inclusive approach to leadership.

Supported by the Op Shop Supervisor, this role has the potential for future expansion across other Cat Haven Op Shop facilities in the Perth Metropolitan area.
